Battling the Dragons – Student Innovation Challenge




S2B published special issue of the Industry & Higher Education journal

The joint special issue between the Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre and the VU University Amsterdam on Entrepreneurial Universities has now been published by the Industry & Higher Education Journal of IP Publishing Ltd. Over a year’s period, Victoria Galan-Muros and Arno Meerman (Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre) and Peter van der Sijde (VU University Amsterdam) have worked as editors on the special issue. Most papers of the issue originate from the 2013 University-Industry Interaction Conference, hosted in joint cooperation with the University Industry Innovation Network and the VU University Amsterdam. With papers from Henry Etzkowitz (Stanford University), Leire Markuerkiaga (Mondragon University), Johann Bronstein (Leuphana Innovation Incubator), Paul Coyle (NCEE), Dina Williams (University of Huddersfield) and Nisha Korff (Muenster University of Applied Sciences) this special issue covers a wide range of different insights on Entrepreneurial Universities and focusses on one of the core themes of the research centre, namely University-Business Cooperation.
